FINAL NOTES
As someone who strives for perfection, my goal is to make every party I host truly special, focusing on both the entertainment and the atmosphere. I often run into some common issues, like timeline challenges or floor plans that don’t quite work (like seating older guests right in front of the speakers or placing the DJ too far from the dance floor).
To avoid these issues, I kindly ask that organizers send over their timelines and floor plans as soon as they’re nearly finalized. This way, I can take a look and share any suggestions that might help improve the overall experience.
Also, it’s a great idea to chat with decorators about dimming or turning off bright lighting after the cocktail hour and a long dinner, they don’t really add much. They tend to wash out my own lighting effects and make the dance floor feel more like a store than a party. This can make it harder for guests who might be a bit shy to hit the dance floor, and we definitely don’t want that!
Thanks for considering these points; they really help make the event even better.
Cheers,
Damian
