FINAL NOTES

For a Ceremony, I’ll need a 3-foot table, chair, and ideally a tablecloth from the decorators that matches the decor.

For a Reception, I require a 6 foot table, chair, and tablecloth.

For an outdoor ceremony separate from the reception, I typically don’t need power or extension cords, as I bring my own power supply. However, this might change if I’ve subcontracted your Wedding to someone else.

For the Reception, I only need one plug-in at my table. To avoid tripping any breakers, please ensure that no one else is using the same breaker for things like coffee makers or tent lights. Ideally, having two plugs on separate breakers would be best, especially if subwoofers are used.

For outdoor Ceremonies, I generally don’t need cover because I have minimal equipment and bring a tarp for unexpected rain. However, having cover would be greatly appreciated if it’s possible and available. For outdoor Receptions, though, cover is essential.

If you’d like any songs adjusted, remixed, shortened, lengthened, or edited (including removing vocals), or if you’re interested in mash-ups or remixes for special moments like first dances, there is a $60 per hour fee. These tasks require detailed work and can be time-consuming. With my extensive experience in radio and remix production, it typically takes between one to four hours to complete, depending on the complexity and number of tracks. Please note that these services will be invoiced separately.

I always bring backup equipment to every event, so I kindly request that, when hosting an event on your property, arrangements be made for me to park as close to the equipment setup as possible. Whether it’s behind the tent, beside it, or in the nearest available parking spot, this helps ensure that if any backup equipment is needed, I can switch things out quickly and efficiently.

For weddings involving a Bride and Groom, I like to briefly check in with the Bride before the Ceremony to confirm that everything is set and reassure her that all will be perfect. If this is the case, please let your Bridesmaids and family know so they’re not surprised if I come by your suite for a quick 30 second visit.

I’m flexible about where the podium is placed for speeches, as I use high-quality wireless microphones. However, positioning the podium closer to my system is preferable. Just please make sure it’s not placed in front of the speakers, but rather to the right or left of my setup.

If you’re not planning to hire a videographer for your Ceremony, (they usually record all the audio as well), I offer a service to record the audio of the entire event, including music, vows, and “I do” moments, for a fee of $129.95 (for bookings made after September 20, 2025). The recording will be ready within a week and serves as a lovely keepsake that you can share with friends or family who couldn’t attend. You can literally “listen“ to a perfect recording of your Wedding, anytime. Whether it be taking a bike ride, walking your dog, driving, etc. The service is also available for Receptions to record speeches and such. **In situations where it’s possible, (there may be some limitations). Please note that these services will be invoiced separately.
